Scenario 1 - Same owner, different location
1️⃣ Open your dashboard
2️⃣ Go to 'Setup
3️⃣ Scroll down to 'Move to a new position
4️⃣ Click on 'Start new installation
5️⃣ select your device (V1 or S2
6️⃣ then 'confirm'
7️⃣ Enter the new address
8️⃣ Complete the installation steps
We recommend using new tape, in the same category as supplied with the Telraam: 3M 12mm tape .This has been tested for heat resistance during our testing procedure
The data of the old location will remain visible on the public page of the old location. The road segment of the old location turns gray, but remains visible on the public map.
Scenario 2 - Different owner, different location.
1️⃣ New Telraam users must register for a new account.
2️⃣ Follow the initial installation steps (start here).
We recommend using new tape, in the same category as supplied with the Telraam: 3M 12mm tape .This has been tested for heat resistance during our testing procedure
3️⃣ To stop counting and deactivate your account, complete the outboarding form (see How can I stop counting).
