Return Policy

We offer a return policy for all physical items returned in saleable condition within 14 days. If you wish to return a device, please contact us at support@telraam.net to notify us of your return request. You will need to arrange and pay for your own return shipping.  Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will issue your refund. Please note that we cannot accept returns on digital subscriptions.
