5️⃣ Click on "Let us know"

After this, you can also completely delete your account on telraam.net, go to "How can I delete my account" for a how-to.

What happens to your account and data after completing the outboarding form?

  • Account status: Your account will be switched to a 'non-active' state. This means that you will no longer receive automated notifications related to your device's counting status.

  • Visibility on (public) map: The segment you were monitoring will stay displayed on the public map available on our website.

  • Access to historic data: Although your account becomes non-active, the data you've collected and the URL for your public page will still exist. You can continue to log in at telraam.net to view your historical data. You retain the ability to generate and share the URL of your public page via your account, should you wish to share your past data with others.
