Purpose of this article
You fail to select a region of interest (ROI) for your Telraam S2. When opening the image to select the ROI, the image keeps loading and sometimes the counts stop after this.
We know this happens for some locations where the signal strength is rather weak. In some cases, this will also cause Telraam S2 to go into error mode. Telraam is aware of this problem and we are working to resolve it.
What can you do in the meantime?
Reset the Telraam S2 by unplugging it and plugging it back in, this will reactivate the counting
Do not set an ROI for now. The Telraam S2 will try to select a good ROI by itself. The manual ROI setting is to allow you to refine and fix this where needed. There may be a risk that your counts are not as good because the automatically selected ROI is not the best choice, but it should be reasonable.
Our team is working hard to solve this problem. As soon as there is more info, we will communicate it and update this article.
